General Terms and Conditions

Booking

All bookings must be made in advance through the website or by phone. We accept bookings on the day of travel if a driver is available.

Traveling

You can cancel or modify your booking by contacting us through Email and Phone. Please note: to be eligible for a full refund, cancellations must be submitted at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, and on longer journeys 3 hours+ we require a minimum 12 hours notice, contact no: 020 8004 5548, email: info@airportridetransfers.com.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance through the website or by phone. We accept credit/debit cards.

Meet and Greet Service

For meet and greet, rider will pay extra fees of £15. The driver will meet the passenger at the arrivals gate with the sign bearing the passenger’s name

Waiting Time

Following the flight's scheduled arrival time, in the event of a delay. Up to 45 minutes of waiting will be allowed for the passenger, after which there will be an extra waiting cost £5 for every 15 minutes of waiting.

Flight Delays

We regret learning about the unpleasant circumstances you encountered. Airportridetransfers.com is keeping an eye on your flights, so you have nothing to worry about. It is advised that you get in touch with your driver and let them know what's going on. In order for us to handle the situation on the ground, we also advise you to get in touch with us via our dedicated phone line or by sending us an email with details about the circumstance.

Luggage

The airport transfer mini-cab service includes the transportation of up to two pieces of standard size luggage per passenger. For larger items, such as ski equipment or golf clubs, an additional fee will apply.

Vehicles

The vehicles used for the airport transfer mini-cab service are licensed and insured for public use.

Driver Conduct

The driver is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of the passengers during the journey. The driver may refuse to transport a passenger if their behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate or if they pose a risk to the safety of other passengers or the driver.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, the passenger should contact Airport Ride Transfers ltd immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Liability

Airport Ride Transfers ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the passenger's property while in transit, unless such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of Airport Ride Transfers ltd or its employees.

Variation

Airport Ride Transfers ltd reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
